Inclusive Yoga Retreats with international wellness retreat leader

Retreats offer a powerful pause, an opportunity to get away from the day-to-day, connect to others and explore.

Kefalonia retreat, May 2024

  • I’ve taught Yoga retreats in 5 different countries over the last 5 years and absolutely love the retreat environment. There’s something so powerful about the ‘pause’ and immersion that a Yoga retreat allows participants. The group experience is always a joy to facilitate, with people arriving as strangers and leaving as friends.

For participants, there’s no holiday planning stress as they can simply sign-up and have everything organised for them which gives them a welcome break from organisation!

  • I make sure all of my retreats are inclusive to as wide a range of needs as there are in the group! I have completed extra training with the Accessible Yoga School and I am a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher comitted to nurturing a supportive space on retreats.

There’ll always be coeliac safe gluten-free food options on any retreat I host because I am coeliac myself. I want all dietary needs to be catered for as I understand the importance of them.

In the booking process of any retreat, there’ll be the chance to state any access needs you have, and we’ll do our best to meet them.

  • I welcome people from all over the world. I’m a native speaker of English, fluent in French and can get by in Spanish. It’s always a joy to have a mix of cultures, spoken languages and backgrounds on retreat!

  • “Accommodation was lovely, was super happy with my room. Food was delicious and so fresh, was excited to see what would be on offer each day. Excellent value for money given everything it entails. Quality of yoga was top notch as always."

  • "High teaching standards catering for all levels; venues are carefully selected to provide comfort and activities, excursions; expect personal transformation from this experience as an individual and as part of a friendly group of people."

    – Nathalie

  • "Dora and Jasmine make the perfect combination of Yin and Yang for a retreat. Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable and generous with sharing that knowledge, meaning balancing the fundamentals of yogic philosophy well with modern science."
