I was incredibly lucky to get to work at Rosemary Dream in Brazil for 3 months. I led various workshops and Yoga classes for the guests (it operated as a hotel as well as a community and retreat centre). I also led tailord Yoga classes for the 8 day retreat ‘Stopping the World’, to support the participants alongside their other experiences such as Tamazcal ceremony, coaching, well-being workshops, and nature connection.
